Placing Orders
We only wholesale our products and do not supply directly to the public. Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Toronto and Buffalo. Shipping breaks are available for different parts of Canada & USA. Please call us to find special shipping rates for pallet/skid orders.
Online Ordering
New Customers:
You need to become a registered member on the website to access the wholesale prices and place an order. Please fill out a Registration form on our website and a password will be provided within 24 Hours.

Prices:
Nature's Artifacts offers wholesale prices. Our minimum order is $200.00. We Reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Late payments are subject to 5% surcharge.
Terms:
New Accounts: Pre-payment
Account Holders: 30 days from the Invoice date. Late payments are subjcet to 5% charge.
Shipping :
Our shipping charges are based on the weight of the package(s) and the postal/zip codes of shipping address. Because of the wide variety of products (from Salt lamps to tumble stones) it is impossible for us to know the cost of the shipping until we pack the box. Nearly every box and every order is different. Customers receive by email a PDF copy of the invoice with all charges and courier tracking information (Courier/LTL Truck) when the order is shipped. Please allow 2 to 6 business days for delivery in Canada & United States.
Returns :
If you are dissatisfied in any way with our products, return them in original condition for a full credit or refund within 7 days of the receipt of the order.
Returns-Damages-Shortages:
Any damage or shortages must be reported to the Courier immediately. Retain all shipping material for inspection and file a damage claim with the Courier. Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.
